Job Title: Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Job Summary:
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will assist individuals who need help with their daily living activities. Your role will be essential in providing comfort and improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Help with mobility, including transferring, walking, or using a wheelchair
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transportation to appointments or errands
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care coordinator or supervisor
- Follow care plans tailored to each client’s individual needs
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must be 18 yrs old or older
- Must be able to pass a national background check
- Must be on time and have good attendance
